Celebrate Tree Canada's Annual Maple Leaf Day ... come plant a tree

On Wednesday September 22, 2010 join Home Depot, Nipissing Botanical Gardens, and the Heritage Gardeners outside of @Discovery North Bay Museum 100 Ferguson St. North Bay from 3:00-5:00 P.M.

Members of the public are welcome to participate in a tree planting in honour of Tree Canada's Annual Maple Leaf Day.

Rain or Shine, planting activities will take place on the city side of the pedestrian underpass between the long, high pile of dirt & the railway.

Nipissing Botanical Gardens gratefully acknowledges Home Depot's generous support for this tree planting project. Hariett Madigan, Nipissing Botanical Gardens Committee Chairperson said, "With the kind financial and volunteer support of organizations such as Home Depot, Nipissing Botanical Gardens is contributing greatly to our vision of a park-like North Bay."
