Mark is a lifetime resident and business owner in North Bay. He holds concern for future generations and is prepared and proud to contest a seat on North Bay’s municipal council for this coming 4-year term.

Mark is committed to serving this city and can offer the strong leadership required to keep North Bay growing! He is supported by his wife Jocelyn and his three children.

Mark is President of H. Freeman & Co., an industrial supply company serving the region since 1975, and
possesses the following expertise/qualifications:

• Business administration

• Awareness/understanding of Federal/Provincial/Municipal Processes/ Funding Initiatives

• Community contacts

• Contract Negotiations with various levels of government including FedNor

• excellent communication and public speaking skills
