East Gwillimbury couple charged with sexual assault

In July 2010 new disclosures caused D/Cst Fernando Cirullo to reopen a 1993 sexual assault investigation. The victim at that time was a young child living in North Bay. This investigation has resulted in the arrest of two persons.

Jean Bourget 63yrs of East Gwillimbury Ontario is charged with Sexual Assault, Invitation to Sexual Touching, and Sexual Interference. He was released at a bail hearing on a recognizance with conditions, one of which is not to be in the company of any child under the age of 16. He is to appear in court on the 17th Aug2010.

Cynthia Miller 50yrs of East Gwillimbury Ontario is charged with Sexual Assault, Invitation to Sexual Touching, and Sexual Interference. She is to appear in court Sept 7th 2010.
