An investigation into a Ferguson Street Break In that occurred on June 20 has resulted in the arrest of North Bay man.

Kyle Cort 21yrs is charged with Break Enter and Theft, and Breach of Probation. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Cst Kris Corbeil investigated.
