Calvin Township - Mattawa Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating an all-terrain vehicle collision which occurred at approximately 5 - 5:30 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2010 in Calvin Township.
Eric MIRLACH, 28 years old, of BURLINGTON, Ontario was transported by family members to the Mattawa General Hospital suffering serious injuries as a result of the collision. OPP were then notified and attended the scene as well as Technical Traffic Collision Investigators.
MIRLACH was later transferred to the Sudbury General Hospital.
Police are continuing their investigation and there are early indications that alcohol may be a factor.
