North Bay man charged with fail to provide breath sample

On July 4, 2010 shortly before 2 a.m., a North Bay OPP officer conducted a traffic stop on Highway 11 in North Bay. As a result, Patrick MURDY, 32, of North Bay, was charged with Fail to provide Breath Sample as per s. 254(5) of the Criminal Code.

MURDY is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay at a later date.
