Ohio woman charged with fail to provide breath sample

On July 2, 2010 at approximately 22:55 p.m, OPP officers were conducting RIDE on Highway 522 in Port Loring.

As a result, Nancy ODORIZZI, 49, of Lakewood, OHIO (USA) was arrested and charged with Fail to provide Breath Sample as per s.254 (5) of the Criminal Code.

ODORIZZI was held for court on July 2, 2010.
