Dirt bike rider charged under the Highway Traffic Act

On Saturday June 26, 2010 Police were patrolling Raney Road, Magnetawan Township after receiving a complaint that there were several dirt bikes driving up and down the road at high speeds.

Cst. Theiling stopped and charged Antonio IUORIO (22) of Woodbridge, ON with drive motor vehicle with no licence and fail to wear proper helmet contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
