City man charged with possession

A North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a vehicle on Fisher Street in North Bay in the early morning hours of Friday, June 25, 2010.

Spencer Hamilton (24) of North Bay is charged with:
Possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II, Cannabis Marijuana under 30g contrary to s.4(1) of Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA)

Hamilton has a court date of August 20, 2010 to answer to the charges.
