City woman charged with Assault with a Weapon

On the 8th of June at approximately 11:30 AM it is alleged that a woman attended a residence in the 5800 block of Highway 11 North and began breaking windows with a hammer. This same woman then allegedly began to damage a motor vehicle with this same hammer. When she was approached by a person she then took an aggressive stance and the other person left for their safety.

This matter was reported to the North Bay Police Service and Csts. Dan Shepstone and Kailey Bradley attended another residence and arrested a female suspect.

Jean MIDDLETON 57 years old of Highway 11 North is charged with Mischief and Assault with a Weapon. She is to attend court on the 13th of July.
