The North Bay Police Service wishes to further advise the media in regards to last Friday’s arrest on Glen Rouge Dr.

One suspect was arrested in relation to 2 outstanding Robbery charges from the Toronto Police Service. At the time of the search, our Emergency Response Team members also found a quantity of a Controlled Drug and this same suspect was also charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Kyle MAXWELL of Cornwall St. in Toronto is charged for the above offences.

He was kept in custody and is to be arraigned this morning.

On the 4th of June during the early morning hours members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)of the North Bay police Service attended in the area of Glen Rouge Dr. in North Bay.

At this time the officers were acting on information received concerning a robbery that had previously occurred in Toronto.

At 9:10 AM the ERT members arrested several individuals without incident within a Glen Rouge Dr. home and those individuals were brought to Headquarters on Princess St. W.
The investigation continues by member of our Criminal Investigation Section.
