North Bay man charged with fail to provide breath sample

On May 4, 2010 at 3:30 a.m. as a result of a RIDE check on Highway 11 at Frost Street, driver, Ronald KIMBER, 28 years old of North Bay, was charged with Fail to provide Breath Sample as per s. 254(5) CC.

KIMBER is scheduled for court appearance in North Bay on June 1, 2010.
