Galvanized cable stolen from two sites

On April 30, 2010, Mattawa OPP received a complaint of theft of galvanized cable from the lower end of the Otto Holden Dam located at the end of Highway 656, Mattawan Township.

Between April 19 – 30 culprit(s) removed over 41 feet of 1 1/8” galvanized cable weighing over 100 lbs and having an estimated value of $1,500. The area is only accessible by boat or ATV.
