Powassan man charged with impaired

On April 29, 2010 at approximately 3:30 a.m., North Bay OPP responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11N.

OPP officers attended and located a man standing on the side of the highway with his vehicle in the ditch across from the ‘Truck brake-check’ parking lot on Highway 11 N.

As a result of the investigation, Ryan W. HARMAN, 28 years old of Powassan is charged with:
Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, s. 253(1)(a) CC;
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content, s. 253(1)(b) CC; and with
Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana - under 30grams, s.4 (1) CDSA.

HARMAN is scheduled to appear for court in North on June 8, 2010.
