North Bay - The Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord has received funding in the amount of $515,230 from the Ministry of Education for a daycare facility to be built as part of the new École élémentaire catholique Saint-Joseph which will be situated on Michaud Street in Sturgeon Falls.

The new daycare facility will open sometime in the fall of 2010, whereas the new school will open its doors, as scheduled, in September 2010.
