On Saturday, May 1, 9:00 am, the North Bay Heritage Train and Carousel Company is asking for support from the community to help "WAKE UP THE HORSES" at the North Bay Waterfront.
This event is for cleaning and polishing our two famous carousels in preparation of its official opening to the public on May 7 @ 4:00 pm. After 15 years of operation, the North Bay Heritage Train and Carousel has become a world-renowned attraction with over a million riders to date. Our horses get dusty during their winter slumber so come on out on Saturday to help polish them up in preparation for another great season of riders from all over the world. The "Wake up the Horses event" starts at 9:00am, rain or shine, a perfect chance to see up close the intricate details that has been loving carved into each horse.
