Marihuana grow operation busted Update

Robert WHITE is to appear for court in Sundridge again April 1, 2011.

Strong Township – On April 20th, 2010, members of the Ontario Provincial Police, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Drug Enforcement Unit, North Bay assisted by members of the OPP Almaguin Highlands Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a Strong Township residence. An indoor Cannabis marihuana grow operation was seized.
Cannabis marihuana and Cannabis resin with a potential street value of over $240,000.00 was seized. 

Charged and released via Promise to Appear with Undertaking:

1.Robert WHITE, (age 47yrs), of Strong Township

Production of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. (Cannabis marihuana).

Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. (Cannabis marihuana).

Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. (Cannabis resin).
