Mattawa man has a date in court

On the afternoon of March 21, 2010, a Mattawa OPP officer investigated an incident of theft.

An elderly male was approached at his residence by a male offering to do odd jobs in return for money. The elderly male refused his services. The male then asked to use the washroom and was permitted. Once the male left, the elderly male noticed his electric shaver had been removed.

Richard LAROCQUE, 21 years old of Mattawa is charged with Theft Under, s. 334(b) and with two counts of Breach of probation order s. 733.1(1) Criminal Code. LAROCQUE is scheduled to appear for court in Mattawa on May 19, 2010.
