Suspect in OPP officer's shooting from Burk's Falls

The Ontario Provincial Police have identified the suspect in yesterday's shooting of an 37-year-old OPP Constable Vu PHAM near Seaforth, ON. The suspect is Fred Preston, 70, of Burk's Falls, Ontario.

The suspect is Fred Preston, 70, of Burk's Falls, Ontario. Latest word is that Preston has not been charged and remains in critical condition in a London hospital.
