On the 2nd of March at approximately 8:45 AM it is alleged that a vehicle and occupants attended at the parking lot of West Ferris Secondary School while students were outside.

It is further alleged that 3 males exited the vehicle in question and attacked a male student. This student was punched in the face and struck with a bat and then the attacker fled in the vehicle only after other students had broken the tail lights of this auto.

The male adult is charged with Assault With a Weapon and Uttering Threats and his son is charged with Assault With a Weapon and Weapons Dangerous. Both were kept in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
