The Near North District School Board is pleased to host a ‘Lunch and Learn’ session at Vincent Massey Public School in the Annex, Thursday, February 18, 2010.
Dr. Mary Grise, paediatrician for the North Bay General Hospital will be speaking about Attention Difficulties and Solutions. Dr. Grise works with local schools and families, and will be providing a variety of solutions based on her professional experience.
This meeting is the result of a Special Education Advisory Council initiative. The committee hopes to continue to provide leaning sessions on an assortment of topics throughout the school year.
The session will begin at 12:00pm and is expected to last 45 minutes. A light lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to Heidi McMillan at 705-472-8170 ext. 5042.
