Bonfield man charged with impaired operation of a snow machine

North Bay & area - On Sunday, January 31, 2010 at approximately 10:55 p.m. on James Street in the town of Bonfield, a North Bay OPP officer was conducting routine patrol when he observed and checked three snowmobiles. All three drivers are facing a variety of charges.

Jason CLARKE, 31 years old, of Bonfield is charged with Impaired Operation s. 253 (1) (a) CC and Drive Disqualified s.259 (4) (a) CC. CLARKE is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on February 23, 2010.

Charges are pending upon completion of the investigation for the other two drivers also of Bonfield Township.
