Man grabs woman's breast on Cassells Street

On Friday the 29th of Jan. at approximately 11 PM it is alleged that as a woman was walking on Cassells St. near 3rd Av. W. when she was approached by an intoxicated male who grabbed her breast.

This man is described as being male white, in his 30s to 40s, 5’7, medium build and 180 to 190 lbs. He also possibly had a grey scruffy beard and a pointy nose.

At the time he was wearing a two tone ski-doo jacket with the sleeves believed to be brown and darker than the rest of the jacket that appeared to be grey in colour. He also wore a dark hoody underneath as well as a pair of reddish maroon jogger shoes and carried a hiking style back pack.
