Chisolm man charged with impaired driving

Powassan - On January 27, 2010 shortly after 5:30 p.m., Powassan OPP responded to a motor vehicle roll over on South Shore Road and Village Road intersection in East Ferris Township.

The driver, Richard A. St-PIERRE, 52 years old, of Chisolm Township has been charged with Impaired Operation s. 253(1) (a) CC and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content s. 253(1) (b) CC. ST.PIERRE is scheduled to appear in court in North Bay on February 23, 2010.
