In the spirit of the season the 22 Wing/CFB North Bay Patrick Bear Charity recently topped up support for a number of North Bay community groups including the North Bay Food Bank, Amelia Rising Sexual Assault Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Operation Red Nose, the Gathering Place, 22 Wing Christmas Hamper Program and the North Bay Community Fund.

Following on their recent "Stash Bashe", Chair of the Community Fund and former Mayor of North Bay Jack Burrows, was delighted to see that the donation from Patrick Bear brought the total raised to almost $8,000.00.

A fundraising dinner and auction is also expected for the North Bay Community Foundation and look to see the kick off announcement early in the new year.
