Community leaders caught exposing themselves

Art on Main (AOM) the city's not-for-profit artist’s collective, is set to host their first annual fundraiser, Release Your Inner Artist this Friday.

The event, a silent auction consisting of artwork created by local community leaders under the tutelage of an AOM artist/member, will come to a dramatic close December 4th at 7:00pm with the close of bidding and successful winners announced at a special reception. A number of the honorary fledgling artists will be in attendance.

MP Anthony Rota (his daughter Samantha), MPP Monique Smith, Mayor Victor A. Fedeli, Deputy Mayor Peter Chirico (his wife Peggy), and City Councillor Judy Koziol are just a few of the celebrities that have exposed their inner artist and produced works that include Pottery, Watercolour Painting, Cast Silver Jewellery & Sculpture, Basket Weaving, Plaster Sculpture, Pen and Ink Drawing, and are on display now in the front windows at 143 Main Street West.

The proceeds from the event will be shared 50/50 with AOM and the individual artist’s charity of choice.
