Worthington Street man charged with assault with a weapon

On the 23rd of Nov. at around midnight it is alleged that an argument took place between two males within a North Bay residence.

A woman within the home attempted to stop this fight and she was struck in the head with the crowbar that one of the men had.

Cst. Seth Dinsmore and Marc Ethier of the North Bay Police were called to the scene and arrested a suspect in relation to this incident.

The woman attended the North Bay Hospital by ambulance and was treated for undetermined injuries.

Josh DELACHEVROTIERE 20 years old of Worthington St. E. is charged with Assault With a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is to attend court on the 26th of Jan.
