All Heart Pet Rescue is gearing up for its 11th Anniversary with 39 dogs in their care. Most dogs coming in from wonderful situations while many on death row in Ontario Shelters.

Kathy a single mother of three children works day and night not only to care for dogs and the few remaining cats in her care, but also a dedicated mother and pet owner as well.

Some of the current dogs in her care are from Sudbury Animal Services, Quinte Humane Society in Belleville, Toronto owner turn in, New Liskeard animal control services, Garden Village Animal Control Services, East Ferris and of course dogs turned in from North Bay owners.

This once hobby has exploded and become a full time job for Jeanneault. Her aim is to one day have full time employee's, a larger facility, and six foot fencing around the property. It takes money and one day at a time.

Currently Jeanneault is doing Christmas fundraising to be able to make it through the winter. Selling handmade Christmas Cards, Needlepoint crafts, All Heart Pet Rescue Tshirts and calenders for 2010. We work year round to be able to pay our vet costs, heating, hydro, vet bills, food, and business phone.

Everyday is an effort for Jeanneault more so lately as her back is progressively getting worse since being hit from behind on the highway in September 2006. She has opted for back surgery only once she can afford to have an employee to watch over her precious critters.

All volunteers are appreciated. Especially on Fridays and Sundays.
