100.5 EZ Rock in co-operation with The Kinsmen Club, NO FRILLS and Vans Delivery, Moving and Storage have joined forces once again for the Annual Fall Food Drive.

Tuesday, November 3rd, EZ Rock will be live on location from 6am to 6pm at Mike & Lori’s NO FRILLS on McKeown collecting donations for the North Bay Food Bank. Tuesday night from 5pm to 9pm local high school students from École Secondaire Algonquin, West Ferris Secondary School, Widdifield Secondary School, St. Joseph Scollard Hall and Ecole Publique Secondaire Odyssée will be going door to door collecting food for this drive.

Wednesday, November 4th, we’ll head to Jeff and Tanis’ NO FRILLS on Lakeshore from 6am to 6pm to do the same thing. Listeners can show their support by making a non-perishable food donation while we’re live on location.

“The Food Bank really needs your help… the need from now through Christmas will take its toll on the pocketbooks of our most needy citizens. Please be generous in your contributions.” – Marty Martinello, Chairman of the North Bay Food Bank

EZ Rock invites the public to join them live, Wednesday, November 3rd, at Jeff and Tanis’ NO FRILLS on Lakeshore, from 5:45pm to 6pm as we wrap up our Fall Food Drive with a grand total of how many pounds of food were collected.

Over a 20 year period the Fall Food Drive has collected over 500,000 pounds of food.

This year, Van’s Delivery Moving & Storage will be supplying vehicles and people power for the pick up of food from area high schools.
