3 youth now charged with robbery and/or intimidation

Yesterday our Service reported that a 14 year old girl had been charged with intimidation concerning threats against a boy whom she advised not to talk to police about criminal allegations.

Our Service is now reporting that Det. Cst. Paul Brewer is investigating the allegation that several youths from a Junior Secondary School and a Secondary School in North Bay were involved in a Robbery of cash from a 13 year old male.

Presently there are 3 young people charged with either Robbery or Intimidation and further charges are pending.

On the 19th of Oct. during the afternoon hours Det. Cst. Paul Brewer and Cst. Steve Trahan effected an arrest at a local junior high school in relation to threatening allegations.

It is alleged that a 14 year old girl threatened to have a young male beat up if he spoke to Police concerning criminal allegations. The girl has been charged with Intimidation and is to appear in court at a later date.
