North Bay Police manged to tranquilize the a 3 year old male and with assistance from firefighters pull him down from the tree.
MNR bear technicians tagged the bruin's ear and loaded him into a bear trap trailer for relocation. They say the minimum distance they take bears away is 60 kilometers but based on his age and size they will take this guy a little further down the road.
