Man charged with refusing breath test

On the 3rd of Oct. at approximately 3 AM it is alleged that two motor vehicles were involved in a collision near Lakeshore Dr. and Marshall Av.

One of the drivers fled the scene and Csts. Sue Solman and Ken Ayres of the North Bay Police were called.

A short time later the officers located a suspect nearby.
Stanley SUTHERLAND 30 years old of Cochrane is charged with Impaired Driving, Refusing Breath Test and Fail to Remain. He is to attend court on the 1st of Dec.
