Mac's Mart employee robbed at knife point

On the 27th of Sept. at approximately 3 AM it is alleged that a lone male attended Mac’s Mart in the 800 block of O’Brien St. and brandished a large knife at the clerk.

This male demanded cash from the clerk and then demanded cigarettes. He fled on foot down O’Brien St.
The cash was put into the suspect’s back pack.

The male is described as a young white male, 5’8, slim build and spoke English without an accent. At the time he wore a lime green monster mask over his face, a black hoodie with white lettering on chest (possibly “Quick Silver”), blue jeans and white gloves. The packsack was black in colour with grey shoulder straps.

An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen and the Ontario Provincial Police K-9 unit was called out with negative results.
