Search warrant leads to arrest

On September 10, 2009 officers from the Criminal Investigation, Street Crime Unit- Drugs and Patrol Section executed a search warrant for evidence of marijuana trafficking.

Officers arrested 27 year old Michael Bergmann of Fisher St. North Bay and charged him with Trafficking marijuana to a youth contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Breach of Recognizance x2 contrary to the Criminal Code.

Michael Bergmann was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing today.
