Police charge man for donuts

On the 18th of Aug. shortly before 11 AM it is alleged that a man was doing donuts in a dirt parking lot of the Callander Community Centre.

At this time it is further alleged that several workers were present and that this erratic driver caused them to fear for their safety.

A photo of the truck and driver was taken by employees as he was fleeing the scene. The parking lot will also have to be re-graded.

Cst. Barry MacIntosh of the North Bay Police received the call and ended up arresting a suspect in the 1300 block of Lakeshore Dr. in North Bay.

Ryan Patrick PITTS 23 years old of Pinecreek Rd. S. in Callander is charged with Mischief Under $5000. Dangerous Driving and Breach of Probation. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
