Expect delays tonight at Chippewa St and the bypass

Construction on the new pedestrian overpass at Chippewa Street and Highway 11/17 bypass is moving full steam ahead as they put up key elements of the bridge and this in turn means road closures.

Construction on the new pedestrian overpass at Chippewa Street and Highway 11/17 bypass is moving full steam ahead as they put up key elements of the bridge and this in turn means road closures.

Starting at 6pm tonight (Tuesday) at 6pm, Highway 11/17 at Frost Street will be down to one lane until 10pm. Then a full Hwy Closure is also expected for at least 15 minutes and then reopened to one lane until 6am Wednesday.
