Inmate beaten at North Bay and District Jail

On the 10th of Aug. it is alleged that while incarcerated at the North Bay and District Jail, an inmate was set upon by several other inmates, who began to kick him about the head and face area.

He suffered injuries resulting in his losing consciousness and he was brought to the North Bay General Hospital for treatment.

His injuries consisted of a black eye, a chipped tooth, and bruising to his body.

Steven SHULTZ 33 years old and Steven Lindsay WILSON 24 years old are both charged with Assault Causing bodily Harm and remain in custody.
