Alberta man charged with dangerous driving

Dangerous driving charges have resulted from a dispute that began in the King Street West area of North Bay.

Just before midnight on the 6th of August an unwanted male attended a residence and was told to leave. After a brief argument the male subject got into his car drove out onto the roadway. The driver then reversed his pick-up truck at a high rate of speed, striking the victim, who was attempting to flee the area. A 34 year North Bay man was sent to hospital with injuries to his right arm. A 23 year old Alberta man is now charged with Dangerous Driving, and has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
