Rowe Ave man charged with threatening

On July 21, at 1312 (1:12pm) CST A. Corrente of the North Bay Police took a complaint of an alleged threatening which occurred at the court house earlier in the day. A male suspect began to watch a female at the court house on Plouffe Street then approached her, made an obscene gesture toward her, and then threatened to punch her in the head. The suspect is under a recognizance not to communicate with this female,

46-year-old Dale Rivers of Rowe Avenue in North Bay is charged with Threatening, two counts of Breach of Recognizance, and Breach of Probation and is being held for a Bail hearing this morning.
