In Sept. of 2008 Det. Csts. Paul Brewer and Ray Yelle of the North Bay Police Service commenced an investigation into alleged child pornography on a computer.
On the 8th of July of this year the investigation was culminated and the officers arrested a suspect.
Luke PENASSE 22 years old of Golf Course Rd. in Sturgeon Falls is charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Acquiring Child Pornography.
He is to appear in court on the 28th of July.
