Mayor Victor Fedeli presents a certificate to Megan Guscott, winner of the 3rd Annual Canada Day Poster Challenge.

The theme this year was "Proud to be Canadian -- Vancouver 2010" and all area elementary school students were asked to illustrate how athletes and the Olympic Games have made us proud of our nation. Megan is a grade 3 student at J.W. Trussler.
