67 year old woman charged with dangerous driving

On the 20th of June during the early evening hours Cst Kailey Bradley of the North Bay Police was attempting to stop a driver in Callander. At this time it is alleged that this driver then accelerated away from the officer and refused to stop. It is also alleged that the driver drove in a dangerous manner.

The vehicle was eventually stopped and the driver arrested.

Brigitte BARTSCH 67 years old of Highway 654 is charged with Dangerous Driving and was held for a bail hearing.
