Modern technology helps police catch a thief

North Bay Police Service News Release ************************ On the 10th of June it is alleged that a motor vehicle was stolen from the Timmins area. On Star was contacted and it was then learned that the vehicle was in North Bay. Csts.

On the 10th of June it is alleged that a motor vehicle was stolen from the Timmins area. On Star was contacted and it was then learned that the vehicle was in North Bay. Csts. Jason Long and Scott Berry of the North Bay Police Service responded and attended a parking lot on McKeown Av. They located the vehicle in question and a suspect in a cab a short distance away.

Orville KEBOKEE 32 years old of Elm St. in Timmins is charged with Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
