Herbert named Miss Teen North Bay

Kayla Herbert was crowned 2009 Miss Teen North Bay during the 5th annual event at the Davedi Club on Sunday afternoon. Herbert was handed the title by 2008 winner Abigail Yzereef. She beat out 16 other talented contestants who entered the event.

Herbert was handed the title by 2008 winner Abigail Yzereef. She beat out 16 other talented contestants who entered the event.

The girls aged 13 to 17 were judged on a number of different categories including interviewing, speeches, talent and stage presence.
