On the 29th of May shortly after 11 PM officers of the North Bay Police Service arrested a man alleged not to have turned himself in to the North Bay District Jail on the same evening at 7 PM.
It is further alleged that this man had been sentenced to 90 days to be served intermittently.
Dustin McMAHON 31 years old of Ferguson St. is charged with Unlawfully at Large and Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.
