Expect delays on Hwy 11S at Lavasse River June 1 to 5

The Ministry of Transportation wishes to advise that Highway 11 southbound, approximately 6.3 km south of the Highway 11/17 interchange, will be closed intermittently for up to 15 minutes at a time from Monday, June 1 to Friday, June 5.

The intermittent highway closure is needed to facilitate a specialized inspection of the southbound Lavasse River Bridge. Intermittent bridge closures will be limited to between

9 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday. Northbound traffic will not be impacted.

Drivers are reminded to stay alert and reduce their speed as they approach the bridge.
