Friday is 'Safety Day' at the Early Years Centre Reminder

For the 8th year, the Ontario Early Years Centre will host its annual safety day.

Safety Day is set for Friday, May 29th, 2009, between 9 and 1.

Features include presentations from City Police Services, Riskwatch North Bay, Ambulance Services, Fire and Emergency Services, and a bus safety display called “Think of Us on the Bus”

Presentations are geared towards making children’s activities fun and safe, and include information on sun safety, bike safety, child restraints and more.
Children can also take part in safety Bingo and a Scavenger Hunt, and staff at the EYC will host a barbecue.
