They're walking for words Reminder

The North Bay Literacy Council is holding their first annual Walk for Words on the Waterfront on Saturday, May 30, 2009 from 9 am until 1 pm.

Registration is at 9 am, with opening ceremonies at 9:30 am. The walk begins at the Rotary Picnic Shelter in front of the Old Chief Commanda and goes to Amelia Park and back. Participants can walk as much or as little as they are able.

Pledge sheets are available at the Literacy Council office.

Please come out and Walk for Words.
