Packard St. man charged with threatening

On the 21st of May at approximately 2:30 AM it is alleged that a man attended a coffee shop on Trout Lake Rd. and shoplifted some merchandise.

He was then confronted by an employee outside of the store and returned the product. However it is further alleged that this man then threatened the employee with death if in fact the Police were called.

A short time late Csts. Steve Sproule and John Cook of the North Bay Police located a suspect in relation to this incident. A search of this suspect produced a small quantity of cocaine.

Sean McDONALD 29 years old of Packard St. is charged with Threatening, Theft Under and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is to attend court on the 7th of July.
