City police seek pubilc's help with missing person Update

North Bay Police Service wishes to advise that the missing person bulletin is cancelled. Justin LAZARUS has been located safe and sound.

The North Bay Police Service requests the help of the media and the general public in locating a missing person.
Justin Lazarus 17 years of age was last seen on the 27th of April at approximately 9:30 PM near the intersection of Chippewa and Fraser Sts. in North Bay.

This male is further described as being aboriginal, 5’11, 190 lbs. and a husky build, brown eyes, short black straight hair with a medium to dark complexion and bad teeth.

Justin has a diminished mental capacity and requires daily medication.

He was last seen wearing a dark t shirt over a white t shirt, black wind pants with white stripes and black runners.
